I May Be a Tad Anal, But...........

I just can NOT go here with my bookshelves! 

While I admit going by rainbow hues is nice,
 it would drive me NUTS!

I have to have them sorted by topic- ie crafts, history, religion, 
so I can find them quickly.

But it does look pretty doesn't it?
WHAT do YOU think?

    LOL! I thought about doing this once but decided against it since I knew it would make me insane. I feel ya on the organization thing.

    Oh wow - that does look nice but it would drive me nuts after awhile. I would much rather have my books sorted by genre.

    I have too many books of different colors to be able to do this. I sort mine by genre for the most part, but also size soother genres get tucked in there sometimes. I put the big books on both ends and have them so they make something like a U shape on each shelf...

    Different strokes for different folks. It just wouldn't work for me. Gives it an interesting look though. I usually sort my books by size, largest to smallest.
