Forget Greasy Fries!

It's all about the sweet potato fry! Give your kids (and yourselves) a yummy treat with WAY less calories and fat than french fries.

Ingredients:
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:

  1. Slice up your sweet potato into desired french-fry size
  2. Lightly cover cooking pan with olive oilsweet potato fries 1

  1. Put fries on pan and add a little salt to flavor
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes
  3. Flip fries over!
  4. Bake for 12 more minutes, or until they reach your desired crispiness!
