Welcome to the last post of the month for Pear Tree Greetings!

Pear Tree Greetings wanted us to share these notecards from the Mom's Kits we received this month for review (giving away a set of Notelette cards don't forget!) with friends and family who we haven't connected with in a while, or that we wished to make a connection with.

Today is the last card from the set!

The gorgeous mint card has "Let's get Together Soon" on the front and is blank in the middle.

I chose to send it to one of my best friends, who is having some issues in her life and really needed a hug, even if it was via snail mail! With our busy lives, even though we live about 2 hours from each other, we still have trouble finding time to make our schedules match up long enough to get together!

We have always sent each other little notes of encouragement, cheer and thanks in the snail mail. We're funny like that- aka, that's how our Mama's raised us! We laugh about it alot, that we've helped keep the stationery/card companies running over the almost 20 years we've known each other!

And admit it, if you're over 20, there is STILL that little vicarious thrill to have a CARD sent to you in the mail! it may not contain cash, like it cards from Grandma when you were little did, but there's still that same "OOO a card" moment when you see it in the box! In a way it IS like sending a snail mail hug, as you get the same happy feeling for a really good in person hug!

So who can YOU send a snailmail hug to today?

An old friend? A family member? Your parents?

Send one, and you'll make somebody's day a little brighter too!

Disclosure / Disclaimer:  I received the mom kit Notelettes, free of charge, from Pear Tree Greetings, as part of their Pearista Program, review purposes only. No other compensation, monetary or in kind, has been received or implied for this post. Nor was I told how to post about them.
