If you went to any large amusement park or beach or zoo this Summer, you probably had the universal parental moment where 'you turn around and your kid is NOT where they are supposed to be'.

You turn around in circles, thinking they are playing around and are behind you. Nope.

And then begins the panic. The heart stopping moment.

If your kids are older you can track them through the family map on your cell phone. And get immediate peace of mind, But what if they are too young for a cell phone?

I have a solution for you!

Meet the eZoom froSecurus

Looks pretty unassuming, doesn't it?
But this little device can help keep you from being the typical 'Helicopter parent'!

The eZoom is a light-weight multi-use GPS tracker, in a waterproof shell, that can monitor your child’s location and can easily be put into a pocket or book bag, or on a key ring. The device allows parents to track the device via a smartphone app or their home computer, and will also send alerts when a child leaves a predestinated safe zone such as a boardwalk, theme park or campground.

Think about that for a minute- your kid disappears and you whip out your phone, pull up your app and bamm- there is a real time map showing EXACTLY where they are. If they move, you know it and can find them.

Check out the screen shot from the mobile app-
the reason it looks a little vague is the eZoom tracker was INSIDE Walmart at the time!:

Did you just breath a sigh of relief?

In the above instance, I was in a vehicle over a mile away  Once I got to the location, I zoomed in the map, and ithe app tracked  down the eZoom to the exact location in the parking lot, where the eZoom, and it's tester, were waiting, in a parking spot. Pretty amazing! In fact, it is accurate up to 15 yards, which is a visual range, so it's perfect!

Think about all the potentials- sleep overs, school field trips, weekend vacations, birthday parties, scout outings. You can see all the uses already can't you?

AND it has an SOS button as well. Yup, if your kid is in trouble, they can press the button and the eZoom send you a message and email alert. Did you just say "WOW"?

But the eZoom isn't just for the little kids. School is upon us and your teens are going to be driving themselves to school -I know, I know, but you can stop screaming and pulling your hair out now. eZoom CAN give YOU peace of mind about that. Read on!

Did you know that the leading cause of death for teenagers in the US is motor vehicle accidents, according to the CDC? On a per-mile basis, drivers ages 16 to 19 are three times more likely to be in a fatal crash than drivers age 20 and up, and tens of thousands are injured every year in vehicle accidents. Parents do all they can to prepare their teen drivers to hit the road safely with education and driving tips, but they can’t be in the passenger seat all the time. But eZoom CAN be there, and let you be there virtually beside them!

eZoom can be installed in a vehicle (with the auto install kit) for real-time tracking, location history and speed monitoring. Concept- Parents can establish speed limits for their teen driver, and receive email and text message alerts when the limit is exceeded. Gives new ammunition to grounding and taking away the keys for unsafe driving, doesn't it? Parents can also receive alerts when teens arrive at and leave different destinations. They can also remotely arm a stationary vehicle with the mobile app and receive notifications if the car moves. This also works in case your car is stolen- a much cheaper Lo-Jack!

That huge cloud of worry just vanished, didn't it?

The eZoom is very simple to activate. You charge the device for about 5 hours after you purchase it, then you just go to the computer program, fill in your info, add the codes from the device, sign up for the subscription plan you want, and ta-da, you're activated. in less than 5 minutes! The subscription plans are by the month, yearly, and even bi-annually (annual terms paid in advance)! For the peace of mind they give you, they are worth every penny! I love that you can pay by the month, and use it when you need it. But I think once you start using it,  you will be hooked, and want it on year round! The computer program lets you track all you eZoom devices on one screen, which is also very handy!

All you have to do is set your email and cell phone alert settings (under the settings tab for each device) and your eZoom is your 'eye in the sky'! You can set up to 6 cell phones for alerts- so if you and the grandparents are with a child at an amusement park, everyone can get an alert and be able to respond, if the child leaves the safe zone! You can add, delete and change any of the settings at any time. You can set multiple safety zones, and even schedule them for things like dance and soccer practice, and grandma's house.

The rechargeable battery that comes with the eZoom typically will last 21 days on a single charge! Both the app and the computer program let you know the battery level on the eZoom, so you know when to charge it. Plus the red light flashes on the device itself to give you a visual warning. You can even get an alert when the battery goes below 30% sent to your email or cell phone! You can turn the device off to conserve the battery life, when not in use as well. The charger comes with the eZoom, as does the carry pouch, than can be strapped onto a belt, as shown below, or attached with the D ring on it's corner.

The eZoom is available at Best Buy, Radio Shack, Costco, Sears and Pep Boys, to name a few retail locations! It is also available online at Amazon!

This is a all-needs-in-one device that can not only protect you child, your teenager, your car, but even an elderly parent, if you give to them to carry around (Securus also has an eCare emergency voice/alert device aimed at Seniors). It is simple device that you won't believe you lived without, once you try it! So check it out today and see how it can take some stress away from your life, like it did mine!
