Chillow REALLY Works Like They Say on TV!

We've all seen the commercials- it'a pillow, it's a chill pad, it's a CHILLOW!

And admit it- you've wondered if they work, right????

I was intriqued due to having migraines, and wondering if it would work on them! Not to mention using it as a way to naturally reduce any high fevers for Miss Grace.

The Chillow Cooling Pad continuously circulates water, with it's special memory foam pad core, to absorb and release body heat. Once activated, the CHILLOW Cooling Pad allows you to customize your level of comfort from cool to coolest depending on your room temperature.

It really is pretty simple to use- you just take off the tab on the underside, and add 7-8 cups of water. The key thing here is to life up the end with the tab, or use a funnel, while lifting, otherwise you will get back flow onto you! Once you do that, you close the tab (which by the way can be hard to lift up if you have long nails- you may have to pry it from the side, versus using it's pull tab). Then you let it sit for 4 hours. Then you remove the air bubble, smoosh a bit to get the cooling action started. At that point you can throw it in the freezer for 15 min to get it super cold, if you need it for a migraine or sprain!

Once you've done that, you're ready to go! As you can see- the Chillow is almost the same size as a regular pillow when laid flat.

I had every intention of using the Chillow the first night we set it up, but Miss Grace leaned on it, felt the coolness and said "Ahhhhhhh" and took it for herself! SIGH.

How well did she sleep? As you can see, she did NOT want to get up off her Chillow!

Her body heat is much higher than mine, and it actually has helped regulate her heat more, especially with the severe cold weather we've been having, so she stays covered up! Yippee! And as to your next question- it, she DOES scrunch it up quite a bit while sleeping. But all you have to do it add some more water and squish it around to get the pad to lay back flat, let it set again for 4 hours and you're ready to go again. There is no worry about leakage either, as the edges are vacuumed sealed! Easy Peasy!

So far, this has been a great addition to our household- Miss Grace has used it to lower a fever, I've used it for a minor leg sprain (worked GREAT!), and Miss Grace loves sleeping on it EVERY night (and she sleeps MORE soundly when she does use, I've noticed!).

We're sold on the Chillow, and I know you will be too, once you try it!
