It has a wonderful  non-slip, ergonomic rubber Handle that makes holding it easy on your hands! No more hand cramping!

It also features solid, high grade stainless steel blades that easily cut through whatever you throw at them, but aren't so sharp you hurt yourself, or your mixture you're using it on! Plus, it is dishwasher safe for easy clean up!

The Sunsella Dough Blender is super great for pastry, pie and my favorite: biscuits:

Perfectly formed biscuits! Miss Grace adored the fact that I made HOMEMADE butetrmilk biscuits! It was SO easy, it makes you wonder why you don't make them all the time!

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
6 tbsp COLD butter
1 cp buttermilk
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Instructions:
1. Add soda, salt and powder to flour in large bowl, mix.
2. Cut butter into chunks and add to flour mix, using dough blender to mix, until it resembles course meal.
3. Add buttermilk and mix until JUST combined.
4. Turn dough out onto floured surface and fold over onto itself about 5 times.
5. Cut out biscuits and place on ungreased cookie sheet
6. Bake biscuits for 10-13 minutes at 450 degrees.

Note: if you want biscuits more like a certain fried chicken chain, then top biscuits with melted butter about halfway through baking!

I had to use powdered buttermilk and I think it's getting close to expiration, as I didn't get super fluffy biscuits like normal, on this batch. BUT they were VERY tasty, especially with fresh strawberry jam on them!

So as you see, it takes less than 20 minutes to make these biscuits, so you really CAN make fresh biscuits for dinner! Give 'em a try and you'll be hooked too- they are so much better than the canned ones for you! AND it is so easy with the dough blender, that even your kids will want to help and make them!

Additional used for the Dough Blender are:
-Make Pizza Dough Like a Professional
- Fantastic for Mashing Fruit and Vegetables for Baby Food
- Great Egg Slicer
- Make cookie dough that is light and airy like a baker

We love out Sunsella dough blender and highly recommend it as a Christmas gift, part of a house warming basket, or even a 'just because gift!
