Review:

This bible is aimed at ages 7-10, making it perfect for Miss Grace to use, as she starts her First Communion classes!  She has a bible for school, but it stays there (and already has many well highlighted passages, something I am thrilled about!). And this IS a full, complete bible! Her first comment at seeing the bible was "OOOO it has jewels!", so yes there is a physical attraction for girls that love their bling! But if that gets them to pick it up and open it, then all the better! I love that the book is hardback, so it will last her for years to come!

The articles included encompass over 250 pages or related study that kids this age can really relate to and understand! It helps to bring the bible more to life for them. In fact, I would recommend sharing the Brave Girls stories with your daughter, and then using this bible, and the articles, to expand on them, and give your daughter of full understanding of the lessons involved! The 13-week Bible study is also great for an at home program, or to use for a Sunday school program.

This is a lovely addition to your daughter's bedside, and makes a lovely Christmas gift!

  4. My kids cannot read yet, so I will be reading the Bible to them. I have read from the Bible to them before. I think story books about the Bible help, too :)

  5. I might call it Kids of the Kingdom and base it around a child's view of Biblical events and people.
