Today I have the second cookbook in the of the Healthy Kitchen series from Parragon Books and Love Food (I reviewed another volume, the Sugar Free Kitchen last Friday).

The first section leads the newbie to 'clean eating' to how to buy different foods, what to look for and the best choices. The goal of the book is to 'keep it simple'- no long lengthy recipes, but simple and easy recipes. Every recipe is accompanied by a full page color picture-something all cooks LOVE to see!
