Are your kids feeling too old for Sophia?
Too TIRED of Elsa and Anna (yeah I know probably NOT gonna happen, but I know YOU are!)
Then Parragon has a new Princess for your daughter!
Glitterbelle is not your normal fairy tale princess!
Glitterbelle is you modern princess- part tom boy, part all GLITTER princess!
She is smart, indepependent, loves her parents (the King and Queen), her dog Bob, riding her scooter, climbing trees and spending time with her BFFs, Dazzalina and Angel!
Hmmm....that reminds me of someone.....
Yup, just like Glitterbelle, she would happily borrow Dazzalina's magic wand and make all her clothes sparkle like a gazillion stars and maker dog invisible, so it could go to school with her!
She is creative and messy, loves popcorn and sparkly sneakers.
Yup, she and Glitterbelle, could be separated at birth!
The new series for girls contains 4 new books, which we were able to check out:
Glitterbelle: The Sparkliest Princess Ever!
This hardback book introduces Glitterbelle- a glittery, sparkly, EXTRAORDINARY princess. But she has one not-so-sparkly, very ordinary problem… she will not eat her peas! When the queen reminds her that every princess in the family should LOVE peas because of that famous one that was hidden under the mattresses, Glitterbelle worries that she isn't a true princess at all. How can her friends and family convince her that she really is the sparkliest princess ever? A beautiful picture book with gorgeous collage-style art to admire.
This book is perfect for 1-3rd graders- it has all the color and glitter they love, a princess they can relate too, and a reading level perfect for them to read by themselves, but to not be 'babyish'/ Perfect for some quiet reading, or sharing with friends!
Glitterbelle and her two best friends are hosting a slumber party at the palace: everyone is going to be a princess for the night! Read the story, make your own tiara, and add doodles, designs, and color as you go along. Get involved and get creative in this gorgeous fill-in book. With a cute mini tin notepad for extra creativity!
Every 2st-3rd grader seems to have a SERIOUS crafting gene these days, don't they? We've been calling Miss Grace 'Mini Martha' for years, as she is SO intense when it comes to crafting (I swear my grandmother's uber-crafting, pick up anything, gene has skipped 2 generations and landed with her). She was instantly enchanted with this book- make a tiara? HELLO! I had a hard time getting her toput it down so we could take some pictures!
Course sharing my Glitterbelle Maccaroons seemed to be JUST the thing to pull her away from her Glitterbelle land of enchantment, for a few minutes....
Always an adventure in our house!
- Glitterbelle is putting on a fashion show with her friends. Help the girls try out different designs with your stickers, and become a fashion queen like Glitterbelle! With mini glittery nail stickers and a nail file just for you.
All girls love dolls and dress up, don't they? This editions even let's the girls add sparkle to their nails (and other things around your house- so keep an eye out!). It is another fun edition to the Glitterbelle lineup!
A journal with the Glitterbelle touch. Learn how to be a modern-day princess, and how to let your hair down sometimes, too! Fill in all about you, your friends, your princess style, and your dreams, and hear some of Glitterbelles secrets as well.
This smaller book is adorable for a first journal! There are plenty of writing prompts and fun activities included! The only thing missing per da Princess was a lock to keep pesky Moms (and siblings) out!
Well time to pack up everything Glitterbelle and put it in the 'Princess bag'. You know, cause it has 'Keep Calm and Sparkle On' on the back....SIGH... and head out to get an official portrait done....
The life of a princess can be SO hard! Da Princess said she liked this art print the best. Perhaps because her devious sweet side is showing? HMMMMMM
