As you know, we're converts to the use of essential oils, and today, I have another oil that we are using a LOT of recently:

avo lavender

This new 100% Pure Therapeutic Grade Lavender Essential Oil (Bulgarian Lavandula Angustifolia) from Avo is natural, undiluted, with no chemicals, additives, preservatives or anything else, and Vegan!

 Why Bulgarian Lavender Oil?

As one of the largest suppliers of Lavender in the world, Bulgaria's unique climate and soil conditions ensure that lavender grown here is of the finest quality. The percentage of air humidity, temperature and precipitation at the right time of the year all contribute to the cultivation of lavender that yields a very high percentage of premium lavender oil. When comparing Bulgarian Lavender to other Lavenders such as French, most people prefer the sweeter, smoother, and less camphoraceous aroma of Bulgarian Lavender Oil over the others. Our oil has an unrivaled fresh scent that blends beautifully with other essential oils. Our lavender plants are grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides or any other harmful additives.

Lavender Oil is one of the most popular essential oils for its powerful therapeutic properties and wonderful fragrant aroma. This naturally derived oil offers relief for both emotional and physical problems along with the added benefit of being a natural insect repellent. The smooth, relaxing aroma and healing properties of our Lavender Oil make it perfect for aromatherapy, natural healing, and household use.

This Avo Lavendar Oil is highly concentrated, so it is NOT for applying directly to your skin. Instead you can add 5 drops of Lavender oil per 10 ml of a carrier oil of your choice. For insect repellent, you might want to use Witch Hazel or tea tree oil, for calming use fractured coconut oil or olive oil (use 1-2 drops for babies and the elderly). I've also used it to make a bed spray for pillows and blankets, using a large spray bottle of water, 1 tbsp witch hazel and 10 drops of the lavendar. Miss Grace loves it!.I have also used this oil on a wool dryer ball to freshen our sheets and towels- just add 3/4 drops to each wool ball.

But my all time fav use for this oil is as a cleaner! In large spray bottle, add half water and half vinegar. Then add 50-70 drops of lavendae oil- it depends on how strong you want the scent. It cleans like crazy and leaves your bath and kitchen smelling like a field of lavender!

So if you are looking for a great gift idea this mother's day, give this oil a thought, with it's large 4 oz size, it will last and last! It comes with a dropper, that converts to bottle stopper, so it is super easy to use as well!
