This is another book from Love Foods, a division of Parragon Foods, aimed at healthy eating via the science os green leafy veggies and fruits. You know, the stuff without all the preservatives (we hope)! The book starts with why green are good for you, then how to cleanse healthy, then how to 'green' for nutrition, then how to "green" for detoxing and ends with how to soothe with greens. So if you are looking to use this book as a means of cleansing and detoxing with greens, it has you covered! Most of the recipes are very simple, requiring only items you should have already and a blender or juicer. Easy peasy. Many of the recipes are cool and refreshing, making it perfect for Summer refreshment and meal substitutions! If you, or someone else you know, wants to cleanse, and eat healthier, this is the book to get you started!

  1. I would love the Melon and Coconut Mojito. I am also starting to try to eat more greens. My favorites are spinach and kale.
