Well, not quite- you do need water.

Basic, out of the tap, water.

Unlike ordinary cloths, e-cloth fibers are designed and fabricated to provide maximum cleaning power. Primarily made from polyester and polyamide, the tiny e-cloth fibers are 1,000 times finer than cotton fibers or 1/200th diameter of a human hair. The fibers are the smallest in the world that can be made by man. Each cloth is fabricated to have as many as 1.6 million fiber strands per square inch of cloth.

e-cloth's filaments are so small and so strong; using just water they break up, lift, lock in, and clean deep down into the tiniest grooves and crevices. Dust, grease, oils, grime, dirt and bacteria are quickly and easily removed and locked away deep inside the fibers until the cloths are rinsed or washed.

We were sent the Bathroom Pack to check out and use. It includes one 12.5" x 12.5" Bathroom Cloth and one 16" x 20" Glass & Polishing Cloth. These cloths penetrate and remove dirt, soap scum, water marks, grease and bacteria with just plain water. There's absolutely no use of any harmful bathroom cleaners and their noxious fumes.The Sponge Cloth is for thick grease and dirt. Its superior water absorption and superabundant holding capacity makes it an ideal bathroom cleaning tool. The Glass & Polishing Cloth is for glass, light cleaning and final polishing. (Not for use on electronic screens and delicate lenses). For best results, use the cloths in combination.- initially use the Bathroom Cloth wet for stubborn dirt, then damp. Finish wiping with the dry Glass & Polishing Cloth, for an amazing clean and polish!

Don't you hate how kids can 'somehow' get toothbrushing 'spray' all over the bathroom mirror? It can be pretty nasty and not something you really want to accidentally touch. With e-cloth it is so easy to keep your e-cloth under the sink and just add water and wipe anytime you notice a mess! Just look how CLEAR and clean the mirror is when I'm done, with just ONE wipe! I have NEVER had a mirror come that clean in ONE pass while cleaning!

Surfaces are cleaned so effectively that there is nowhere left for bacteria to grow. Surfaces are left polished and totally smear and lint free. e-cloths rapidly absorb 7 times their weight in water. In addition, scientific research carried out by world renowned Silliker Group, has proven that e-cloths also remove over 99% of bacteria. Now that is something you WANT to hear when it comes to cleaning faucets,toilet handles and light switches, isn't it? The e-cloths are guaranteed for long use- the bathroom pack is guaranteed for 300 washings! They are pretty easy to clean too! A warm rinse is often enough for day-to-day use, or use only a small amount of detergent and rinse well. Tumble or hang dry.. For more cleaning, wash with normal detergents, at 140 degrees F. DO NOT use bleach or fabric softener. Bleach breaks down the fibers and fabric softeners will block the fibers. If fabric softener is used by mistake, rewash with a little detergent. For am extra full clean, or if the cloth loses performance, it may be washed at 200 degrees, or boiled in a saucepan. You have to love how easy they are to maintain!
