Grace does an excellent job in sharing recipes that are free of gluten and dairy, that are simple to make (!!), have consistency and most important taste so great that your family won't even realize what's missing! And that is the key- making adjustments that produce great tasting food!

The basic recipe section includes pastry, pie crust sweet piecrust, bread, cake, cookie  mixes, along with frostings creams and a custard. All the basics of baking that you think you'll never master again! But with these oh so simple recipes you can! You CAN bake birthday cakes and special occassion cakes again, that everyone in the family can eat! Did you realize ready to make fondant is gluten free? Yup, so you can decorate away, after you've made an amazing cake! I've thrilled that there are dinner recipes in the book as well, as those often get overlooked in gluten-free cookbooks. And why I wanted to share one of her wonderful brunch recipes with you, that can also be great for dinner!

This is a pretty simple recipe, but you can see how easily you can amend the ingredients- crawfish for crab, rosemary for dill, to whatever your family likes. This recipe can be perfect for a simple Saturday brunch, or fancied up for a baby shower!
