This is an adorable book that younger kids will delight having read to them, as it extolls all the wonderful things we all love about FALL! Plus it offers great education moments, as you have kids search each page for pumpkins and count them!

Review

This is a lovely cookbook, perfect for introducing younger children to cooking with their parents, or older siblings!

The recipes are divided into 6 groups, of 7 recipes each- Valentine's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas Each section is prefaced with a page of gospel and tales from the Berenstain Bears. This is an adorable book, of easy recipes, that would be perfect for gift giving, no matter the time of year, and for a Family based hostess present too!

Check out this great recipe for Caramel Apple 'nachos' (recipe below) that is a great way to get that caramel apple flavor without little tykes having to try to eat through a large apple dipped in multiple layers of caramel! It's a great idea, perfect for any Fall parties! All the recipes are like this- easy breasy! We highly recommend it!

Mike Berenstain
Stan and Jan Berenstain introduced the first Berenstain Bear books in 1962. Mike Berenstain grew up watching his parents work together to write about and draw these lovable bears. Eventually he started drawing and writing about them too. Though Stan died in 2005, and Jan in 2012, Mike continues to create the delightful Bear adventures from the family home and studio in Pennsylvania, in an area that looks much like the sunny dirt road deep in Bear Country.
