If you are worried about misplacing your wallet, forgetting where you parked your car, or getting your friend's birthday wrong, you're not alone. The most common worry of people is memory loss. A recent study by Newcastle University, featured on BBC news, showed that art therapy has greater benefits than puzzles and exercises when it comes to improving memory function. Engaging the brain in new and creative ways may be the key to a sharper, younger mind.

Which means, you aren't JUST coloring, your actually keeping your mind focused, and your memory sharp.

As a passionate advocate of art therapy and graduate of Royal Holloway, bestselling illustrator Anastasia Catris is urging everyone to go beyond the recent calm coloring craze and train your brain as you copy, complete and color a series of animal creations in her book!

Which ever way you decide, your mind in creating and searching for new ways of coloring, helping to keep it young. Many of the designs can be altered for holiday use as well, as you can see above!
