Book Review/ Giveaway/CLOSED: Babysitting Sugarpaw by VS Grenier

I recently was sent Babysitting Sugarpaw by its author, VS Grenier to review!

The story is aimed at 3-8 year olds and tells the tale of Sugarpaw and his attempts at thwarting his new babysitter. I had immediate flashbacks, as I once babysat 4 kids who were known to tie up their babysitters to trees, fire off arrows at them leave them on the roof and pursue them with rodents/snakes. I was able to keep them occupied thru shared love of music and we never had any problems. Consequently, I became their go-to babysitter. But I could definitely relate to Bonnie Whiskers and her night of babysitting Sugarpaw!

My 2 year old daughter loved the illustration and as she has only been left with family babysitters, she wasn't too sure of having someone you don't know babysit you. But she stayed with the story and was very cute when she kept telling me how bad Sugarpaw was and what he was doing wrong!

This is a great little book to share with your child, especially before you have new babysitters show up!

The author has graciously offered an autographed copy along with coloring pages, bookmark and more extras to one of my readers!
