frozen strawberry pops

Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, or cranberry or pineapple juice concentrate
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 tbsp light corn syrup
Cooking Directions:
  1. In blender container, blend all ingredients about 1 minute until smooth.
  2. Pour into 3 oz, wax-coated paper cups (one per serving).
  3. Place in shallow pan and insert a wooden craft stick or plastic spoon into the center of each.
  4. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
  5. After pops are frozen, they can be transferred to a reclosable plastic bag for freezer storage.

To release pops from cups, dip briefly into hot water up to rim of cup.

Note: Wooden craft sticks are available in hobby shops and variety stores.
