It's strawberry season and it's Earth Week- so here's a great recipe to make your own strawberry freezer pops- so much better than store bought!
Ingredients:
To release pops from cups, dip briefly into hot water up to rim of cup.
Note: Wooden craft sticks are available in hobby shops and variety stores.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, or cranberry or pineapple juice concentrate
 - 2 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed
 - 2/3 cup evaporated milk
 - 3 tbsp light corn syrup
 
- In blender container, blend all ingredients about 1 minute until smooth.
 - Pour into 3 oz, wax-coated paper cups (one per serving).
 - Place in shallow pan and insert a wooden craft stick or plastic spoon into the center of each.
 - Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
 - After pops are frozen, they can be transferred to a reclosable plastic bag for freezer storage.
