As you know, this is National Coffee Month, which you know I adore! So when I had the chance to review bath products made with COFFEE, you KNOW I jumped up and said PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE!

Lisa over at Vibrance PR was kind enough to send me a complete travel kit, in and adorable burlap, consisting of 2 oz. sizes of Perk It Up Shampoo, Sooth Those Jitters Conditioner, Triple Shot 3 Bath Gel and Room for Cream lotion!
I almost hated to open the travel set- it is SO cute! Mom and I both tried the Room For Cream Lotion first on our hands. It has a pleasant smell (shea, cocoa, mango, coffee). We both had the same effect- within MINUTES you could tell the difference in your skin! The top of my hand was smoother, softer and had renewed elasticity-seriously, after only 10 minutes! It was AMAZING!
Now I do have to caution that we both have sensitive skin and we both had a reaction to the acidic ph. Mine went away after a couple of minutes, Mom had to wash her hand a couple of times. BUT the effects were the same-even DAYS later, our hands were still softer than the other one and had a much younger appearance! (See the things I do for ya'll-LOL) I found that on the second use 2 days later it was not as bad. I think it just takes some getting used to!
Then off to the shower with the other 3 bottles I went. let me say this up front- if you NEED the smell of coffee to get you going in the morning, you NEED these 3 products! You can skip the cup of jo, head to the shower and come out psyched and ready for the day (ok, well us severe addicts will need to go ahead and get the cup, but we can delay getting it!) The aroma of the coffee is an eye-opener!
The Perk It Up Shampoo left my hair REALLY clean- it removed any buildup and made my hair shine! I had dyed my hair the week before with a different color and it was too red for me, but I found after I used the shampoo that it toned down and was a much better color. I don't think it changed the color but more than it took the excess dye off the hair shaft and made it the color it was supposed to be! in fact, the hair dye seems to be lasting longer WITH the new shampoo!
The Sooth Those Jitters Conditioner is really moisturizing, thick and has a great scent due to the lavender, aloe, chamomile and coffee in it! While it didn't totally get my hair to lay flat, it did help alot. I found that it rinsed really clean and left no residue on my scalp! YEAH!
The Triple Shot 3 Body Gel was really hydrating and left my skin much softer and exfoliated! The smell was wonderful and really got me energized in the morning!
All in all, I was very pleased with all the products and would definitely buy them for myself AND more importantly for friends and family- the travel kit is perfect for gift giving and perfect for that 'what do you buy for them friend/family member' !
Additional products in the line include One Lump or Two Body Scrub made with coffee, sea salt and turbinado sugar, Pump of Flavor body mist, with anise, cinnamon and patchouli, Froth lip balm with jojoba and peppermint oils to cure chapped lips, Make Mine Black soap glycerin coffee soap that exfoliates and soothes with olive oil.
