Cheesy Friday; Deans Cheesy Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe and GIVEAWAY

Remember Cheesy Friday from last week?

Well thanks to You Cast,  I am participating in Cheesy Friday with Dean's for a couple of weeks! I'll be sharing some recipes using their great dips AND offering you a super giveaway each week. Can you say WOOHOO??

If you recall Dean's Pretzel dips come in Honey- Mustard and Cheddar Cheese. Today's focus is on cheese dip!

Today's recipe comes from Mom and is a super easy way to make Potatoes au Gratin, You can easily double and triple the recipe to feed a larger crowd! Perfect for tailgating party of potluck supper!

Cheesy Potatoes au Gratin

1/2 can evaporated milk
1 contained of Dean's cheese dip
6-8 potatoes, sliced(skin on or off, your choice)
1 can Rotel tomoes, drained (optional)


1. Place potatoes in greased casserole pan
2. Mix together milk and dip, adding tomotes if desired
3. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour
4. Let stand for 5 minutes, then serve!
