Product Review and Giveaway: Striking Beauty Skin Care System

As I have gotten older my skin has not changed as much (still combination, still break out once a month)- thanks Mom for those genes!- but I am now suffering from the 'Welcome to 40' mild form of Rosacea. While I have found numerous products that help (and hide) it, I haven't found any that are all-around good for my skin until now!

I was offered the chance to review the Striking Beauty Skin Care Line from Helix BioMedix, through Mama Buzz, and after checking out their website, I was very eager to see if they could be my solution! Their line contains SmartPeptide technology that helps to stimulate the skin's natural repair process, and regeneration systems, to enhance skin health.They target areas that need improvement in the appearance of aging skin (even for those women who are only 40+) such as lines and wrinkles, loss of elasticity, loss of firmness and definition, appearance of darkened areas or general unevenness of skin tone, rough texture, and thinning of the skin.

I was sent the Striking Skin Care System, which consists of :

Striking Multi-Vitamin Cleanser- to wash your face in the morning and evening with, hydrating and full of vitamins
Striking Multi-Peptide Serum-to apply after washing
Striking Rejuvenating Eye Creme- to apply to problem areas around the yes, after the serum- more peptides!
Striking Restorative Moisture Creme- to apply to the rest of the face, after the serum

I was STUNNED upon the first use of the cleanser. I had used a Lancombe cleaner the night before to take off a light coat of makeup, and then showered, so I thought my face was clean. WRONG! I could not believe HOW much dirt and makeup came off on the cotton ball! AND my skin felt fresh, hydrated and renewed. WOW. Talk about deciding which makeup remover I was sticking with from now on! Striking Beauty won that round hands down! I have continued to use it daily and am still surprised at the daily dirt that is on my skin- from touching my face, using the phone, playing with the dog, etc. LOVE this cleanser!

I have found since starting the daily skincare regimen of the products that I have less under eye shadows and most importantly the rosacea is either very mild, or gone (stress can also affect it)! YEAH! My skin feels softer yet much firmer, and the combination skin is GONE.I have found that my makeup goes on smoother and stays on longer! Just like it did when I was in my 20s!

I didn't take a pix of my face before hand, but here's a pix of my hands. Can you guess which one I put the serum on and which one I didn't? The difference is NOT as dramatic as on my face, but still impressive!

Striking Beauty is not inexpensive, BUT it does EXACTLY what it says it will. Why spend money on products that DON'T work? Spend a little more and get a line if products that DO work and work very well! It can be your ant-aging secret!You'll love them and your skin will love you for it!
