Product Review and Giveaway: the Stickey Cup

Sometimes you get offered a review for a product and your first reaction to seeing it is "oh duh"!

This was definitely one of those times! If you have a toddler or pre-schooler, you KNOW about spilled sippy cups, mugs and "non-spill" cups (is that the biggest oxymoron or what?). So when you see a cup that WON'T move once placed on a level surface, as a parent you tend to stare and say "oh duh" WHY did no one think of this before?

The idea for the Stickey Cup came to inventor Brad Bortz one evening when his son was pouring milk into a glass on the counter, from a gallon jug. Of course, the milk went EVERYWHERE! The Stickey Cup was conceived at that moment and a prototype created that same night (that's dedication!). The Stickey Cup is perfect for families with small children, kids, husbands, the elderly, anybody suffering impaired fine motor skills, boaters, RVers, tailgators, and the list goes on.

We used this cup at home and found it to be super and it really did it's job! Now we did have some problem with it staying out on uneven plastic tablecloths, but that makes perfect sense, as the rubber on the bottom couldn't create an uniform seal with the table! When we tried it on a flat tablecloth or surface it worked above and beyond expected thought!

We also tried this cup out at the hardiest of events- Morning with St. Nicholas! We used it to hold out pens, hole punches, scissors, etc for the table and it help up like a charm and STAYED put!

I love that the larger size allows you to put a sippy cup OR a bottle of water in it, or use it for a desk holder. If you have toddlers, you know the value of having pens and pencils in a cup that won't move (and your walls will thank you for it!).
