Recipe Weekend: Gorton's FIsherman Grilled Products Giveaway

Now you know that Gorton's is having a great contest on their webpage, giving away a KINECT exercise bundle!, including The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout game and free grilled fish coupons!

 In the meantime, Gorton's was kind enough to send over some coupons for us to try some of their new grilled fish!

 Gortons's has some great grilled products- Salmon, Tilapia, Natural Fish Fillets and Shrimp! All of them are part of a healthy eating plan!

gortons grilled 2 We tried the Signature Grilled Tilapia first.  Mom added some butter and dill and sauted  the fish til golden in a sautepan. You could also  grill or bake it instead of sauting! It was super  yummy and very QUICK to make! It's also SUPER yummy with butter and FRESH rosemary! The Tilapia also comes in lemon peppercorn grilled and garlic and butter grilled varieties. 

Next up was the grilled shrimp- which comes in classic and scampi.  These are super on on skewers with pineapple, red onion and peppers! 

 I love the garlic flavor of the scampi ones- nothing extra needed! They also are super for salads and on pasta. 

 The salmon fillets some in SIgnature Grilled and Lemon Butter are are VERY good! The Grilled Fillets come in Lemmon Pepper, garlic Butter, lemon Butter, Cajun Blackened, and Italian Herb- there is a flavor for every tastebud!
