Product Review: Walgreens Brand Health Wellness Product Wal-Zyr Alllergy Medication

We were delighted when we were contacted about trying one of the Walgreens Brand Health and Wellness Products, as we shop at Walgreens ALOT for our over the counter medicine needs!

We were sent a trial box of the Wal-Zyr All-Day Allergy Tablets. We had never tried their version of this product, so we excited! The 5 count pack that Walgreens offers is an excellent way to try the product, without having to pay $20 for a larger pack. I really hate it when you have to buy a large pack, and then after 3 days you realize it's NOT working, or you end up at the doctor's office and you feel like you wasted your money! So being able to buy a 5 day only pack is pretty cool!

The Wal-Zyr is their version of Zyrtec- it is made to relieve sneezing, runny nose, itchy throat and red eyes from seasonal, indoor or outdoor allergies. You take one tablet per day. How easy is that? Plus it has the SAME ingredients as the name brand! no worries that you aren't getting the medicine to solve your problem!

We have had every tree and plant possible blooming in the past 6 weeks, so we have all been in seasonal allergy funks! Even is Summer is upon, we still have trees like the Magnolia blooming and the pines sprouting new pine cones and sending pine pollen and dust everywhere (can I interest anyone in a once white, now yellowish-green truck? LOL). Being able to take ONE pill a day to combat our bodies reaction to the seasonal allergies was super! Having taken Zyrtec before, I found no difference in taking the Wal-Zyr instead! It worked JUST as well! No waking up with sinus drain and red eyes, no sneezing all day at work, no loosing my voice due to raspy throat- it was wonderful!

I have been very happy with ALL the Walgreens Brand Health Wellness Products , that the always helpful Walgreens pharmacists have recommended (including allergy and cough meds) we have bought over the past 5 years and I will continue to buy them, as usually they are at least HALF the price of their brand name breathen! In today's economy, when we are ALL trying to save money where we can, it's wonderful to know that we can buy the Walgreens Brand Health Wellness Product of our favorite over the counter medicine and KNOW that it will work and save us at least half the cost of the name brand!
