I am very happy to say this is a great product (TolietTree doesn't produce anything else!). It is super easy to use, right out of the box, comes with 2 nozzle tips, so both of you can have one (and extras are under $10 for 2, so you can get them for the kiddos too!). It is super easy to install the batteries (I consider this a huge plus, as any parent who has had to have a tool kit to replace batteries in kids' toys knows), and it had a great grip making it easy to hold. I really liked having the 3 speeds- I used the soft and normal settings. I found the pulse did excellent on helping you get food out you didn't realize was stuck in your teeth! My teeth are definitely much cleaner in the last 4 weeks, since I started using the irrigator!
