Sensa- Update 2 (January)

sensa logo

My last update for you was basically at 2 weeks in.

It has now been 4 weeks, effective today.

And I have not changed my mind about Sensa- it is AMAZING.

I have not altered my diet by conscious decision- by that I mean I have still been eating fast food and foods that would be deemed high fat, like mac n cheese. HOWEVER, the HOW much I eat has changed drastically!
  • I am not eating the correct amount that I should be, and thanks to Sensa, pretty much 99.5% of the time, I am not getting seconds. That alone is a huge difference.
  • I am going longer between meals- as long as I eat the right amount, it's not til about 4 hours later that I am getting hungry.
  • I really do NOT want sweets. I am really craving more protein, and have eaten more meat this past month than normal. Which makes sense, as my metabolism is getting back on track and wants proteins to burn.
  • Because of the metabolism change, I am trying to make sure that I AM eating something, preferably somewhat healthy, every 3-4 hours.  This helps to keep it going.
I was worried that I would either go through the product too soon (applying too much), or have too much left (not applying enough), but I have barely enough to get me through today and into tomorrow. So obviously I am right on target- WHEW. As Suzanne told me, REMEMBERING to sprinkle has been a habit I picked up quickly, and more importantly STUCK WITH  I only forgot to sprinkle on 2 lunches and 1 dinner, the whole month. But on all 3, I did eat basically a kid's size portion, so I counted it as an ok, and did away with the guilt! LOL. I do need to drink more water daily, I am just a coffee and iced tea person, and I have to make water the priority.

I know, I know, you guys what THE SCOOP!

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, and want to wait to tell you the actual pounds lost til then, as their scale was what I based my BEFORE weight on. But, based on Dad's scale, I've lost between 12-14 pounds. IN ONE MONTH, WITHOUT EXERCISING!  But that's not the huge thing, this is:

And NO, I do NOT have a 17 inch waist (I think I was what 9?, the last time I did!), I just grabbed the closest measurement area (if you don't have one of these measuring ironing board covers, and you craft/sew, you NEED one, FYI)! BUT the difference is right at FOUR inches OFF my waist!

Yeah, I'll take that any day!  Course I am in between sizes on my pants- the ones from beginning of January are TOO big, and the ones from 2 years ago are still too small. SIGH, that's why we have belts right? And speaking of- the smaller belt above? Haven't worn it in over TWO years. I am SO SO SO psyched!

I always loose weight on my torso first, and it's following true with Sensa. Luckily I know me, so I kept things from 2 years ago! WHEW! For so little material, I have YET to figure out why a good bra costs SO much!

My shirts are all fitting looser as well,  and I was super psyched to try on work uniforms from TEN years ago, and realize that in another month, they might ACTUALLY fit! The pants aren't quite there. But, wow, I can see such great headway!

It will be interesting to see what my GP says this week as well!

Starting Monday, I will start month TWO on Sensa, and I will be changing to trying to eat healthier, drink more water and start working out, along with walking as much as I can during the week. It will be interesting to see how it helps/speeds up any loss (as muscle weighs more than fast, measurements will tell more of a difference).

  3. Hi Parker... First of all try some natural ways to find weight reduction. Follow the diet and do regular exercises for minimum 3 months. I hope in these 3 months definitely you will find some weight reduction, if you didn't any weight reduction with strict diet and exercises then you may go for any diet pill.
