New Year= New 90 Day Challenge with Creative Bioscience!

Ah, the new year....

We know what that means- all that merry, jolly, holiday season is coming back to haunt us in gained weight, and we'll all be screaming we need to go on a diet!

While I did really well with a diet aid this past year, I wanted to try something else, as I had a hard time with remembering to use it all the time, so I was looking for something else to try, to help give me more energy, to stick with an exercise plan. Then I saw about a blogger 90 challenge, and knew I had an INCENTIVE that might be just the thing for me!

Creative Bioscience has a 90 Day Blogger Challenge contest going on right now and I was thrilled to be able to sign up to participate! It is very simple- you sign up, they send you 90 days of their product (that you get to select), and you blog with updates and a final summary, AND your wonderful blog readers get to benefit too, with a giveaway of the same products you tried! Pretty cool, huh?

I looked through the Creative Bioscience products and found 2 that I think will be what I need to get me on the road to achieving my goal of loosing 30 pounds by Summer. Because I have to watch taking any tye of stimulants (doctor's orders), I really looked at what was in each product before I selected them, plus I am going to be totally honest: I love coffee and iced tea. If a product said NO extra coffee or tea, I knew it was not going to be something I could stand for 90 days! And there are many that require NO extra caffeine. If this isn't a problem for you, then they have lots of choices! They also have cleanses and detoxers, if that is more your style of diet.

I picked:

african mango 1200African Mango 1200 : a natural weight loss supplement used to shed 20+ pounds, and can be used as a lifestyle supplement to keep the weight off. Each tablet contains 1,200 mg of pure African Mango extract, the most potent blend of African Mango available on the market.

African Mango reduces hunger by stimulating Leptin, which tells your body it has had enough to eat, and by also delaying stomach emptying which causes you to feel full longer. African Mango has been shown to lower LDL (bad) cholesterol levels while raising HDL (good) cholesterol levels. It does this by binding to bile acids to carry cholesterol from the body. The high fiber content of African Mango aids this process as well .

And my second choice was:

Raspberry Ketone Plus: Raspberry Ketone Plus is the stimulant free version for those who may have a sensitivity to stimulants. All the same great benefits come along with the Plus version.

Raspberry Ketones help regulate the fat-moderating hormone adiponectin. In turn, adiponectin programs your body to act like it's thin. Our Raspberry Ketone supplements are designed not only to promote fat oxidation (burning), but help sugars and fats pass through your system without being absorbed and stored as they normally would. Does this mean you can feast freely on fatty foods as long as you take Raspberry Ketones for weight loss? No. There is no substitute for common sense and a regular program of healthy activity and proper nutrition, but Raspberry Ketones are clinically supported to promote healthy body metabolism to help you achieve your goal weight.

I think alternating the 2 products will be a great idea- not only does it keep your body guessing and not getting used to a certain supplement, it will break up some of the boredom factor with taking the same item daily for 90 days!

So what do you think? Do you think if you were challenged to stay on track for 90 days you could? It's a manageable time period and one that most people can get through!

I challenge my readers to come along with me, and take their own challenge during the 90 day period (I'll let you know when we're starting!) and if you're a blogger, to check out Creative Bioscience and see if you want to take their challenge too!
