Review- Miss Grace loved reading this book out loud! It's gentle rhyme and subject matter greatly appealed to her! The illustrations are simple and delight children with their colors. It was a perfect goodnight read, and is perfect for kids 3-6.
About the Author- Erin L. Carter resides in Durham, NC with her husband, two children and golden retriever. She is a graduate from Boston University with a degree in Communication Disorders and Northeastern University with a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Erin has worked for ten years assisting children and adults with speech, language, cognition and swallowing disorders. Welcome Back Sun was inspired from her time treating young children to improve their speech and language skills.

Derrick "D.M." Eason is an author and artist specializing in illustration, sculpting, painting and animating. He has been drawing since he could hold a crayon. He grew up knowing that someday he would become a professional artist. After attending Saint Augustine's College as an Art’s major, he became certified as an animator through The School of Communication Arts. Derrick has also written a number of screenplays, created and published independent comic books and worked on an independent film. He is also a loving proud father, husband and a self-proclaimed "Mama's Boy". D.M. Eason's goal is to continue to entertain people with his creative talents. Follow him on Facebook as well.

About the Author Kathy Humphries grew up in Summerville, South Carolina, lived in Saint Mary's Georgia, and presently lives in Cary, N.C. She has been an educator and mother for over twenty years. She has her Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Education. She is a mother and has also been a single parent. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. When writing this book, Kathy was inspired by her own son.

About the Illustrator Lisa Lowell is originally from Orlando, Florida and presently lives in Cary, NC. She has a Graphic Art Degree. Lisa and her husband have been married for 19 years and together they have five daughters. She first started her career in working for Visual Display at Walt Disney World working with all their promotions of their latest movies. These experiences helped promote her interest and participation in animation later in her career. From that experience, she has become a Muralist and has been doing that now for sixteen years. Lisa enjoys being around her family, designing rooms, painting, music and volunteering in many aspects of her life.
