I know exactly what you're thinking!

Smart Ones? The Weight Watchers diet control products, for my kids?

Yup- and for you too! Why?

Because not only are these little frozen bowls of oatmeal portion controlled, they are 10 times yummier than the packs you have to use water, or milk, to make up in the am! AND they are a whole lot easier and quicker!

This new line of frozen oatmeal is made with ingredients you love, like steel-cut and rolled oats, real fruit and granola. And it comes in three delicious varieties: Apple & Cinnamon, Maple & Brown Sugar and Peaches & Cream, so you can get the taste you prefer!

Smart Ones oatmeal is found in the frozen aisle- I found it in the diet section of our local box store- I had hunted in the breakfast section to no avail, til I realized all the diet food was in one area. DUH! It comes 2 cups per pack. All you have to do is to remove the top, heat, stir and heat and enjoy oatmeal that tastes like Mom just made it and added your favorite fruit and other flavors to it!

The first one I tried was the Maple  & Brown Sugar,
which has granola, raisins and cranberries added to it:

As you can see, it doesn't LOOK like the picture on the cover (seriously, when does food ever REALLY look like that?), BUT the taste was amazing! Just like homemade, and you could tell what was granola, it just wasn't as crunchy as I would have like it to have been. That was my only complaint- I wish the granola would have been in a packet to add on top. But that's me... The raisins and cranberries were nice and plump, and yummy too!

Next up I tried the Apple & Cinnamon and it was just as good as the Maple & Brown Sugar!!  Sorry, I forgot to take a picture, but it was very similar to the previous one. Again, I would have preferred the granola in a packet, but otherwise, the apples were nice and plump and yummy!

At only 190 calories, 2 g of fat, 5 g of fiber and 5 g of protein, these oatmeals are a lean way to start your day, but with a product that will fill you yup and keep you satisfied, and because they are heat and go, you can take them on the run with you too! So they are perfect for you AND your kids every morning!

They are SO inspiring that Smart Ones has a special Inspiring Smart Beginning Sweeps running right now:
