Have you heard about the QiPillow?
I hadn't either, but when I had the opportunity to review, I thought it sounded great, and I was thinking we could use it at work. Little did I know that while it was being shipped to me, I'd take another tumbles down the stairs, and really NEED it when it arrived!
How is the QiPillow differ from ordinary pillows?

For my injury it was the lower tail bone, but I needed support as sitting was rough, and regular pillows just mushed down and didn't help. All it took was blowing up the pillow (the instructions are a little vague on that part, FYI, you just blow INTO the valve above), and you just move the air around to get the pillow to where it works for you! Done in less than 5 minutes! I found sitting at home, that it was best to have a partial back support/tailbone support. I think this was due to the type of chairs we have. But at work and at my desk, it was perfect for bracing right under me, and up against the back of the chair for great support. Now in the car, it was different, I needed the support in my middle back (like below) to keep my spine aligned a certain way, to reduce the stress on my tailbone. Bingo, let out some air, and easy peasy!
