Unfortunately right after the DVD came in, I severely twisted my knee and ended up in a knee brace, which pretty much took out all the floor work and lunges for me. So instead I concentrated on doing what I could from a chair, using a cut off brook handle (aka pinata whacker) as my air bar. The routine REALLY works your core muscles and your arms. Much like yoga, you feel the intensity in stages, so you really stretch the muscles and get a really good 'burn', which you want- this equals more muscle and fat burning! The DVD is very easy to follow along with clear instructions that are not confusing at all. Erin also motivates you along the way, without being over-annoying (you know the type I mean, if you've followed along to more than 3 fitness DVDs! LOL). and she really aims to make the program a combination of emotional, spiritual and physical fitness! It is a pretty basic routine, but it WORKS. I do think after 2 months of using the routine, you might want to alternate with a different one, but for short term goals (4-6 weeks say), this video is the one you need!
