Our Back to School month long meme is fast nearing it's end, and I've got a couple more kids' books to share with you!

Today I have a perfect book for the early reader- there are bigger words to challenge them, but the book is aimed at kids 2-6, but first graders will love reading it themselves!

lucky cover

Synopsis:
"Lucky is a cute and happy puppy" but also very forgetful.

Not remembering how to ask for food any longer, Lucky asks other animals how to do so.

Will Lucky be successful in learning how to 'moo moo' or 'cock-a-doodle-doo' in order to get his dinner?

Follow Lucky's journey around the farm in this charming story.

(Also included is a video of the book.)

Review:
Miss Grace LOVED this book- she enjoyed the story and the antics of Lucky, and that she could read it out loud to ME! And the fact that it had so many of the words from all her vocabulary lists, since school started was another bonus, as she had to go through and find/count them all! She loved seeing the video afterwards as well!

Younger readers will love hearing the tale told out loud, and acting out the actions of all of Lucky's friends! The book would also be great for story telling for a class of kids! And we highly recommend it!

 About the Author

My name is Yael Aharoni. I was born in Haifa, in Israel. I am happily married since 1990, a mother of two beautiful daughters, and we live in Kiryat Haim, a suburb of Haifa. I am an accountant and medical secretary, but I quit my job at the hospital, as  I wanted to do something I love- write. When the girls were babies I read them a lot of books, they liked the content of the stories and really liked the illustrations in the books, and I began to write books for my children and suddenly I discovered what I really love to do, and now I have written 4 children's books.
