No you are not seeing things!

Thanks to the World of Ink, I was able to review this ebook this month, AFTER Christmas, and boy am I happy that I could!

Synopsis: Obed is in the hills outside Bethlehem when the angels appear to announce the Savior's birth. Can he trust that the miracle of the first Christmas will keep his flock safe while he visits the newborn King?

Review: The story is basically told from a child's point of view and gives you a different take on what happened. I don't know about your young children, but my daughter is more fascinated with the shepherds and the angels, than she is with the wise men at this age. For her, this story is very interesting and she kept wanting to look at the pages over and over! Her sense of wonder at the story was equal to Obed's as the miracle of Jesus' birth dawned upon him!

I think this will be a great book to start off the holiday season with this year. It will definitely be on my list to buy for my daughter's preschool and all the friends and cousins for Christmas, not to mention for our own Sunday school class!

Check out the trailer and you will see how different the story is!
