Amid the hundreds (literally!) of giveaway entry comments was a Toddler Tales Post comment from Cara over at The Life of a Coast Guard Wife with special news of an award she was bestowing upon me!

I love the Blogger awards more the the Blog Awards, as I try to help everyone out if I can and want everyone to experience the help that I got when I first started out! It's like I got a BDay gift this weekend, instead of the Bday girl (darling daughter!)- HUGS CARA!!!

So here's
2. I know have SIX cameras- my old Canon AE-1 FILM camera and FIVE assorted digital cameras!
3. I grew up a military brat and it is VERY weird for me to have been in the same place for 15 years!
4. Even weirder- I have had my SUV for OVER 10 years- very very weird! I had never had a car for more than 5 years before I got married- guess marriage dies that huh? LOL
5. I am a perfect Yankee/Reb mix- both grandparents married opposites, so I have a yank and reb on each side! Yeah, just color me confused!
6. I am dreading the day my daughter starts school because I know I will go thru a box of Kleenex when I get back to the car (can't let her see me cry!)!!!
7.I hope that I am at least half the Mom, to my daughter, that my Mom was to me!
