If there is one thing I've learned from my mother (often the hard and costly way) is that quality truly counts in the kitchen. If you start with the best equipment, you will have the best results. For example, it sounds silly, but a great aluminum cooking sheet will make better cookies than a nonstick one bought at the the dollar store. Plus it will last at least 20 times longer!
So I was delighted when I found out about Pro Kitchen Equipment's website! We live in what is considered a rural town and over 65 minutes away from any decent kitchen supply store! So if I can order what I need and have it sent to my house, with no fuss, and saves me driving 130 miles round trip and having to deal with big-city traffic, I'm on board!

This is what we did when daughter outgrew the Jenny Lind traditional high chair- Meme ordered her a restaurant style wooden high chair! She's STILL using it and should be able to for about 8 months I would guess, before we have to go to a booster (she's still small, just tall!) The restaurant boosters are sturdy and can be flipped suiting the age of the child. Handy to have one at Grandma's house and at $40 a great buy, judging by how long you can use them!
