My mother and I had discussed her wanting to write a children's book and wanting watercolor like illustrations, but neither if us really having the time (or true enthusiasm) to paint them. If you're like me, you've downloaded Gimp, or Photoshop Elements, and are just LOST without a manual in hand to tell you how to do everything- plus it is SO time consuming to have to have the manual to use the programs! So I've been considering buying Corel's Paintshop Photo Express, which is really not much more complicated than the Paint program that comes standard in Windows! So yippee! Now I can work on my new banner for this site, as i had to give up on using Gimp, it just wasn't coming out right! So hopefully by the end of June I'll have the new banner done and can give ya'll an great review of the program! AND you can download a FREE trial of it as well- check out the Program page!
