Why is it when tropical storms/hurricanes come thru at dusk, they always seem magical?
And then your house shakes like it's about to come off it's supports when a HUGE clap of thunder strikes literally ON TOP of your house (or as daughter says- Baby Jesus is up there tuning the lights on and off again Mama, and God got mad and yelled again!")...
............ and you remember why you hate them: it's when 600 gallons (it seems) of water comes rolling off your roof, and your yard starts looking like swampland with no greenery in sight.....LOL
