Review: Now ya'll know I;m not one to get into politics on this blog, but the title of this book struck me as funny, and I've read some of Prelutsky's LA Times pieces, so I thought I'd give it a read!
Prelutsky uses common sense and historical record to make his points- which he does very well! If you don't walk away from this book shaking your head, something is wrong! for example:
See? You sorta have to read a chapter and stop and think before you can move on. Prelutsky makes the last 4 years of politics make perfect sense. It's sorta scary!
If you have someone who is into politics, they'll enjoy this book alot. If you're looking to just find the middle ground and make sense of both sides, this is the book for you!

- " why will some folks who'd call a cop if someone set foot in their front yard, be so unconcerned about millions of illegal aliens setting up camp in their country?"
- "there are times when I find myself thinking that I am one of the few people in this country who ACTUALLY paid attention when Martin Luther king envisioned a society that judges people by their CHARACTER and not by the color of their skin"
- " I am constantly ask myself, what is wrong with people who are dying for the federal government to be in charge of their health care. After all these are the same dunderheads who mailed over 10,000 of the $250 stimulus checks to DEAD people".
