Mailbox Tuesday: Product Review and Giveaway: Rohto Cooling and Hydra Eye Drops

I like to keep eyedrops around the house because you never know when you need them. But I found myself without any a few weeks ago, and suffering from severe allergy eyes- itchy and red. Before I could go to the store, the the mail came and Hubby opened a box that contained Rohto Hydra and Cool Eyedrops.


Yippee- perfect timing! The Hydra Drops are the newest product offering from Rohto, specifically formulated to lubricate and provide long-lasting moisture for dry, irritated eyes with the closest hydration to nature tears, while also providing the brand’s signature cooling “kick”. Within MINUTES, my eyes felt almost NORMAL and I could see without squinting- YEAH!

I was also sent some of the Rohto Cool Eyedrops- a general purpose eye drop that combines redness relief with a gentle cooling sensation. The secret weapon of makeup artists to the stars, and a gift to sleep-deprived people everywhere, these drops are like beauty sleep in a bottle, so you don’t have to face the day looking red-eyed and scary!


I was suffering from a severe migraine and went to get a wet cloth, saw the drops and thought, why not?  So I tried them. WOW- not only did the cooling sensation work on the front of my eyeballs, it seemed to go behind as well-to where the migraine was centered! My eyes actually felt MORE relief from the drops, than they did from the cool cloth! YIPPEE- now I have a new tool in my migraine fighting arsenal! 


I love the shape of the bottles as well- the oval egg thin shaped bottles fit your hand perfectly and make it a breeze to add them to your eyes! These have definitely become my number one choice for eyedrops!
