small changes in your life, that may lead to larger ones! ENJOY!
We really don't think of our marriages as changes/resolutions, but this new book has some ideas you might want to consider!

Book Review: Why does everyone need to be a star? Star's have GOALS, and goals make you a success, and Orna can show you success stories to prove it! Goals should be STARs she says: S stated in writing, T time-specific A actionable R result orientated. Each component is critical to the goals success, and without one, the goal won't succeed normally.
Orna does a really good job of laying different business practices and what works well and reduces time spent on meaningless items. her chapter on how to send BETTER emails was worth reading the book alone! She does a really great job of showing how to cope with interruptions at work.
I really found this a very informative book- especially if you are a manager, looking to be a manager, or about to become one. I think I learned more from this one book, than all the business books in the past year.
This book will really help you make a difference in your professional life, and your personal life too, and I highly recommend it!
