i had a link to Shawn Weeks' weight loss blog, 344 lbs, this past week in an email, and he had an EXCELLENT post with links to restaurants and fast food chains, and their nutritional break downs of their foods, and I wanted to share the link with you!

He also has a great post about how to survive an all-you-can eat buffet:
