Navigating Food Allergies Internet Class!

Do your kids have dietary restrictions ? Their classmates or friends?

If so, you know you have to be very careful what they eat.  Kiddo has a classmate with SEVERE PB allergy- he can't even SMELL it. Consequently we have to be very careful what can be brought to class!

How about an internet mini class to learn new recipes and how to be safe with dietary restrictions?

  “Navigating Food Allergies Class” ,  hosted by Lori Sandler, founder of Divvies Bakery and author of The Divvies Bakery Cookbook, www.divvies.com.  During the class, she will share her experiences and expertise on cooking for kids, family members and friends with food allergies.  Lori will also lead us through the basics of clean preparation and understanding ingredients, and then present a food allergy-friendly recipe that looks good and tastes great – whether you have allergies or not!

  1. Oh my gosh - this sounds fabulous! I love Kelly Rudnicki and Divvies! Our son has several severe allergies and we carry and Epipen but have learned so many recipes and tips from great cookbook authors like them. He used to have so many more issues including food intolerances and severe eczema, but he is thankfully so much better now that he takes his belly Boost probiotic. However, because of the other actual allergens - we try to cook and bake from home and we are always so so careful! I can't wait to see this :)
