Has your child's school ever had a balloon release, where they tie messages onto the balloons and wait to see if anyone calls in to say where the balloon landed? Then the person's balloon who went the farthest gets a prize?
Well back in November Kiddo's school had a Fun Run Day and they all got a balloon to set free. We had TOTALLY forgotten about it until her teacher told us Friday that her balloon had WON! It had traveled about 93 miles to Hopeland, LA! WOW!!!!!!!!!
Kiddo was pretty psyched! Course it might have been the $25 gift certificate!
Maybe we need to let her pick the next lottery numbers....LOL
