Personally I'm in the 800 range, due to entries for giveaways and 2 business emails and 1 personal account. let's not even start with Twitter and Facebook! So if you could get all the great local deals for shopping, dining, clothing, services, etc, for your area, WITHOUT getting another 25 (or more) emails, wouldn't you be interested?

I was! So I was happy to check out the new Social Deal Map Widget. That's right a widget! It stays on your blog (or Facebook page), and whenever you want to check the local deals, you just scroll over to it and scroll down and check the deals. No opening an emails, clicking on links, having to sign in, and then seeing the deal. You can see ALL the deals in one spot and with one click be taken to the sign in page to GET the deal! HOW easy is that? You can see my widget under this post,under our "Our Peeps" section. I loved that I could personalize the size for where I wanted to put it on my blog!

Every one loves bargain and deals nowadays- you can easily find online bargains by doing a simple internet search. Do you know there are hundreds of Groupon-type deals websites on the internet? Checking them one by one is simply too time imposing! .Social Deal Map makes it easy to find all the deals in one place.


Social Deal Map aggregates deals from numerous group buy websites, the deals are hand picked and displayed them on a map (HOW handy is THAT?). The deals are added and updated everyday, and some even every few hours! The map is very similar to a Google map (indeed it is made by Google Mapping) and easy to read.. Instead of showing you driving direction, It pinpoints all local deals available. You can move, zoom the map, or search a specific location, and check out what is available nearby. 


You can check out the deal by either looking at the info bubble shown on the map, or, you can check the left hand side (which contains all deals within the map), you can flip the page by clicking on the arrows, or you can zoom in the map to specific place to reduce the number of pages on the left hand side.You can also go to the bottom of the page, select the state and city, if you want to check out deals for other areas/places you will be travelling to. When you are planning your vacation, meal expenses are usually a big part of your budget. With Social Deal Map, you can find the restaurants near your hotel that have bargains, and you can easily cut your meal expenses in half! Not to mention finding lower cost entertainment!
