Review: Purex is our detergent of choice in our house, so I was happy to try this new detergent! In general, it did a pretty good job. However, I did try pretreating it on spaghetti sauce spilled on Kiddo's white uniform shirt and ended up having to pre-treat with a different brand of stain remover on the 3rd go around. The Purex kept getting ti lighter, but I was not going to keep trying! For general stains like dirt, grass and fruit juice it did fine. Just tomato sauce was it's downfall. I would buy it again, but I wouldn't trust it as a pre-treater on really touch stains.

I just purchased the crystals and detergent about 2 weeks ago because I had an awesome coupon and am LOVING it! The scent lasts and I am a freak for good smelling laundry!

ReplyDeleteBe warned- you will become ADDICTED!!! Seriously- after you start using it on your towels, you will cry when you run out and have to wash them without it!
