For the Spring Bazaar at Kiddo's School they have an annual auction, we have to make donations for the event, and Dad wanted to make some special toddler high chairs.
Can you believe this was the FIRST one he ever made?
Sorry Southern Conference fans, LSU is the winner in our neck of the woods!
(He also made one with Kiddo's school colors and emblem, for those future students and siblings of current students!)
Yup, two happy campers, and a project WELL DONE!
THANKS DAD!
(Oh and in case you were wondering, they sold for $75 each after a bidding war!
Not bad since they cost him less than that for the 2!
AND he has half a one and paint still left!
Hmmm, we may have something else for him to do in retirement...LOL)
What a great project - he benefited the community, learned something new, and enjoyed himself! Who can ask for more. Oh, well, I guess I could ask for a Tulane chair. LOL
ReplyDeleteCool!
ReplyDeleteHe's so handy!
@Suz de la living la vida loco
ReplyDeleteya KNOW we have an issue there. Hey at least she has a Save Our Lake sticker on her wagon to go with the Tulane sticker now- she looks like a true "Mandeville" kid now! LOL
@Gem
ReplyDeleteit was pretty cool the way he figured it out without a pattern!
