I use a laptop and hubby has our desktop. he hates Windows Vista, so the desktop is not as up-to-date as it can be. Add new hardware to an outdated computer and we have more issues.So we have been looking for a program that can speed up the computer's performance AND protect it, so we don't have to buy him a new computer YET (it's inevitable- like cell phones, we need faster and better performance!) .

BUT they all activate with ONE step, not 18! Plus, their tweaks REALLY boost the speed and catch things your programs can't.


You have MANY hidden Windows Settings tweaks that you do NOT know about, unless you live with a true computer geek. With Auslogics BoostSpeed 5, you can take advantage of them ALL! Other programs, like Skype, Windows Live Messenger, Adobe Acrobat, and Firefox have their own undocumented tweaks. Using Auslogics Tweak Manager, and you can tap into them and really utilize your computer to it's utmost! 


Once installed, the program has keyboard shortcuts to help you easily activate his key features, like quickly erasing browser history, cleanup temporary files, or optimize RAM usage ( a HUGE problem with older computers and newer programs!). 


Here's hubbys review: It was easy to install the program and to run it for the first time. On the first scan it found over 10,000 errors (geez, no WONDER it was running SLOW), and it fixed them all after only a few times being run. I ran it two days later and it fixed a bunch more errors. Two days later I ran it again and after only 5 minutes it was done, and had only had 22 errors, which it fixed immediately! My computer is noticeably running better and faster, so it must be working pretty well! It is a easy way to run scans to identify and fix problems with your computer, I highly recommend it!
