Stephen Miltz, 25, is a 2009 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His 30-year-old brother is a self-taught Web developer who says his parents' text messages are "awkward." The two founded Miltz Media in 2007 and now operate 15 websites designed with college students in mind.The brothers still work from home and say their mom does the taxes.
