I have told you all week about the wonderful BeadforLife foundation and their party program. (check here and here)
Today, I'm going to share a review of one of their Katogo single strand bracelets that they sent me for review!
The bracelet arrived in an wonderful Jute style storage drawstring pouch (it is recommend that you store your items out of direct sunlight either hanging or laid flat). As you can see there are seed beads in between the rolled paper beads, On both sides of the bracelet, there are BeadforLife tags hanging. This lets you know you have an authentic BeadforLife bracelet! It is on stretch elastic thread, so it will stretch to fit you if you have larger wrists!
I LOVE the bright Summer colors of the bracelet and in only one day of wearing it I had multiple questions about where I had gotten it, and how pretty it was! It is light weight and was not in my way at all. In fact, I am looking forward to getting some more singles to add to make a great looking set (see picture on left). The same style also comes in single colors for easy mix and matching!
They also have 3 strand bracelets and band bracelets (mens and womens)! You are SURE to find a style to meet everyone's personality on your gift list! I personally like giving bracelets as they are easy to accessorize with, add a touch of color and can easily change the look of an outfit! The matching 1 and 3 strand earrings are adorable, and I just can NOT decide which necklace I like the best! Being able to purchase the beads separately also allows you to make up your own design!
While the bracelets have been sealed, I would be reluctant to call them waterproof, as far as leaving them on during swimming or bathing. However, you can run your beads under cold water for a few seconds, to help restore some of their shine, as over time, the sealant on the beads may change from a shiny finish to a matte finish. This is a normal process and will not damage your beads.
I love this jewelry line and plan on using them for gifts all year long! What about you?
