I've reviewed StickerYou before on this blog, and told you about their really great products, and now today I wanted to share a review about one of their NEW AT HOME products, that just became available this month,that allows you to make your stickers with StickerYou, and print them at home!
The new Make + Print Your Own Stickers can be found at retailers throughout North America, such as Hobby Lobby. You can use the Store Locator to find a location close to you. They are also sold online at Hobby Lobby, Mastermind.ca (Canada)
So I was very happy StickerYou sent me a package to review, as they only available 2 hours from me! I wish we would have had these before Vacation Bible School- it would have been great to have name tags made for the kids with them! All you need is an injet printer and the pack of stickers and you're ready to go!
Each package of Make+Print Your Own Stickers comes with glossy, blank sticker pages in your choice of shapes (circles, rectangles, hearts or stars). Then you simply create your stickers as you have before – by going to the StickerYou website and using their online Sticker Maker. You enter the sticker code from your package, which tells their system which format to use to help you design your stickers.
You can upload your own design/logo, or access to huge StickerYou collection of clip art, or Then you can use their text and coloring tools to edit and personalize your sticker. SUPER DUPER easy! But the best part is once you're done designing, you can hit 'print', and you’ll have your stickers in just a minute or two (depending on your printers print speed!).

It's birthday party time in Kiddo's class, so we thought buying a book, and giving a set of book labels would be a great and VERY personalized idea. Especially since the book is about zoo animals! These adorable alphaanimals are STOCK images for the Make + Print. Which means FREE! I love that! We can use them for any name, boys or girls, and I think it will be a very unique gift item! Plus Kiddo can help make them!
Now I do have to give you a caveat here- I could NOT get the labels to print. I did download Adobe reader 10- which you have to have- and tried 3 browser, all without success. Apparently I hit the 1 in 1,000th problem. Naturally. BUT, StickerYou's customer service was VERY happy to help me and had the matter resolved in less than 45 minutes and sent me a correct PDF file to print and as you can see, it did very well! They have the correct pdf back in my file, so I can go back to their website and print at anytime. Now they are aware of this problem, they are fixing it. I am pleased with their great response, and understand the program is new and there are always a few hiccups along the way.
This stickers are VERY simple and very easy to make! I'm sold on the process!
Just remember, the Make+Print stickers are not intended for outdoor wear and tear (their vinyl ones are, but you have to order from them, they aren't available for at home printing yet!). Keep these in mind, as the holidays are upon us, and they are perfect for 'Welcome to Fall' labels, 'Happy Thanksgiving' labels and even 'Christmas gift tags' . PLUS, they are perfect for birthday party labels for gift bags and food items, as well!
