I think this is a book that will strike a chord with alot of people, especially women,as it's central premise is to ':Let GO of the past and move on'::
Living Beyond Your Feelings synopsis

Review: Wouldn't it be wonderful if when you're in a tense or stressful situation , just before before you said whatever you were going to say, there was a 5 minute delay? Time enough for you to formulate your thoughts again and REALLY make sure what you are saying is effective but hurtful or spiteful? This book will teach you to NOT need that 5 minute delay! Meyer shows you what type of personality you are and how to get a handle on all that raw emotion you have. She gives you a blueprint on how to handle your anger, stress, guilt, and fear, for a HAPPY  life, where your emotions do NOT control you! Isn't that what we ALL want? As long as we remember along the way that God DOES want you to be happy and have a fulfilled life. He may test you in ways you may not like, but you WILL get through them with his grace!

This book could really be a marriage and work counselling book as well- as Meyer does a great job in helping us to understand ourselves and our REACTIONS to others, based on our innate personalities. her chapter on coping with loss is excellent and would be a great help for those suffering from grief. It is an easy read and Meyer's writing is easy to read and you will feel like she is there talking to you and and helping you directly!

We highly recommend this book to share with friends and family!
